The staff is very helpful, the breakfast satisfactory, the location is perfect close to the beautiful garden and Lowestoft for a wedding. Overall the room is spotless, airy and includes an electric kettle, a fridge and central heating. The price is just right - £ 52.

It was an excellent base for traveling to Lowestoft. the breakfasts were sensational and much appreciated. 3. the toast was really tasty, couldn’t ask for anything better. 4. the location was convenient, just off a garden, and the conservatory overlooked the fabulous garden. 5. I came here for 2 nights and had a really enjoyable stay.
